§ 114. Mr. Dykesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what further consultations and discussions have taken place between the interested parties and the Government since the request for a loan for the capital expenditure on the Heathrow tube extension project.
§ Mr. Graham PageA Government loan has not been sought and my right hon. Friend has no powers to make one. Arising out of the Government's refusal to make a grant for this project, I have acceded to the request of the Greater London Council to meet a deputation of that Council.
