asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make available the same credit terms from the Customs and Excise Department to the proprietors of the whisky industry as operate with other commercial interests; and if he will make a statement.

Duty is not payable until the whisky is taken out of bonded warehouse. I am sorry, but I cannot allow further deferment.
