§ 75. Mr. Leonardasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why the casualty ward at Harold Wood Hospital, in the London Borough of Havering, is closed at 5 p.m. at weekends; and what steps he proposes to take to improve casualty facilities in this borough.
§ Mr. AlisonA full service was restored on 18th November. The restriction was due to temporary staffing difficulties. Accident and emergency services in Havering are provided at the new department at Oldchurch Hospital as well as at Harold Wood Hospital.
