§ Mr. Roderickasked the Secretary of State for Wales if, in view of his decision on the Severn River Authority's proposal to build a reservoir in the Dulas Valley, and the recommendation of his inspector, he will take steps to make an ex-gratia payment to the Dulas Defence Committee to pay the costs it had to bear in order to carry out its successful defence.
