§ Mr. Lomasasked the Prime Minister if he will now consider the transfer of research establishments and other organisations in the environmental sphere to the Department of the Environment; and if he will ensure that in any subsequent review the position of the Nature Conservancy is considered so that it can be allowed to offer independent advice to Government Departments and the public.
