HC Deb 14 December 1970 vol 808 cc216-7W
61. Mr. Wilkinson

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations have been made in the last 12 months by individuals and representative bodies in the Gower peninsula scheduled area of outstanding natural beauty to his Department against the present use of Royal Air Force Station, Pembrey, as an air-to-ground firing range and against the proposed use by the Department of Defence of Royal Air Force, Pembrey, as an artillery range, respectively.

Mr. Peter Thomas

I have received no specific representations about the existing R.A.F. station. About 200 individuals or organisations in the Gower have made representations about the proposed gunnery range.
