HC Deb 14 December 1970 vol 808 c267W
Mr. Chichester-Clark

asked the Minister for the Civil Service what plans he has to move part of a Government Department or agency to Northern Ireland; and whether he will make a statement.

Mr. David Howell

None, but Northern Ireland will be considered as sympathetically as circumstances allow as a location for dispersed Government work both under the study announced in the White Paper on the Reorganisation of Central Government (Cmnd. 4506) and as dispersal cases arise apart from the study.
