HC Deb 11 December 1970 vol 808 c197W
Mr. Bishop

asked the Minister of Aviation Supply what is his latest estimate of the prices at which a Concorde is likely to be sold to airlines; what is likely to be the contribution of Her Majesty's Government towards development costs; and how soon he expects to announce a decision on the future of this project.

Mr. Corfield

It would be undesirable to give estimates of the selling price in advance of commercial negotiations between manufacturers and the airlines.

On the other points raised, I would refer the hon. Member to my statement of 28th October and my answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Falmouth and Camborne (Mr. Mudd) on 26th November.—[Vol. 805, c. 193–6; Vol. 807, c. 212.]
