§ Mr. van StraubenzeeThe Durham authority has asked for six nursery schools, including one in the Easington 165W Rural District, to be authorised under Phase Three of the Urban Programme. Decisions on the programme, which it is expected will be announced at the end of the year or shortly afterwards, have not yet been made.
