§ Mr. Michael HeseltineI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the pipeline from Scunthorpe to Immingham for the discharge of industrial effluent into the Humber. I understand that the Trent River Authority gave the necessary con-120W sent in 1968, and I do not see that it is open to my right hon. Friend to intervene.
