§ Mr. SharplesRegulation 12(2) of the Dangerous Drugs (No. 2) Regulations, 1964, requires that drugs and preparations now listed in Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1965, shall be kept in a locked receptacle which can be opened only by the chemist authorised to possess the drugs or by some assistant of his who is a registered pharmaceutical chemist. These Regulations came into operation on 1st December, 1964.
