§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have decided that it would be appropriate to have a general review of the licensing law of Scotland; and that I should establish a committee of inquiry with the following terms of reference
To review the liquor licensing law of Scotland and to make recommendations on what changes, if any, might be made in the public interest; and to report.I shall announce the membership of the committee in due course.
