(2) beyond what age is it his policy not to permit a person to serve on the Law Commission.
The Attorney-GeneralUnder Section 1(3) of the Law Commissions Act, 1965, a Commissioner is appointed for such term, not exceeding five years, as may be determined by the Lord Chancellor at the time of his appointment, and a Commissioner is eligible for re-appointment at the expiration of his term of appointment. There is no retiring age for members of the Law Commission.
