§ Mr. Nicholas Edwardsasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a further statement on the finances of the Construction Industry Training Board.
§ Mr. BryanThe Chairman of the Construction Industry Training Board has reported that the Board is unable to 95W raise from commercial sources the additional borrowing authorised to meet its present financial difficulties. He has asked whether the Government can assist the Board and my right hon. Friend is at present considering the situation.
