§ 82. Mr. Wilkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations have been made in the last two weeks by Her Majesty's Government to the Soviet authorities in Berlin about delays recently imposed on road traffic while passing through East Germany en route to Berlin from the West German Federal Republic.
§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe British, American and French Deputy Commandants in Berlin warned the Soviet authorities on 29th November that such actions created tensions harmful to the search for a Berlin settlement in which all four Governments are engaged. The warning was repeated on 2nd December.
