§ Sir K. JosephYes. Our two Departments are indeed in consultation on the material received in June. This material, according to my understanding of the arrangements under the previous administration, was to be commented on by the Department and to be published by the research team in the light of those comments. These comments have been given, and it is for the research team to decide how they publish their findings. I understand that they expect to complete preparation of the material for publication early next year.
