HC Deb 03 December 1970 vol 807 c436W
55. Mr. David Mitchell

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will issue information to the public and the police as to the provisions of the existing law relating to picketing during industrial disputes.

Mr. Maudling

The police are, I know, well aware of these provisions; and I have no reason for thinking that the issue of such information to the public is called for at this time.
