asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) by how many, and by what percentage, has the secondary school population in the Saddleworth education district of the West Riding increased during the last 20 years on a yearly basis;

(2) by how many, and by what percentage, has the primary school population, in the Saddleworth education district of the West Riding increased during the last 20 years on a yearly basis.
