§ Mr. NobleAfter extensive consultations with all interested parties, and impartial scientific advice from outside, I have decided that night jet movements at Gatwick shall be limited between 1st April and 31st October, to 4,950 movements between midnight and 6 a.m. in 1971 and the same number between 11.30 p.m. and 6 a.m. in 1972.
