HC Deb 02 December 1970 vol 807 c375W
10. Mr. MacArthur

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what study has been made of the state of the water supply in Bridge of Cally, Perthshire; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Younger

This is a matter for the East of Scotland Water Board. My right hon. Friend would have a right to intervene only if 10 or more local government electors were to represent to him that supplies are not being provided by the board and can be provided at reasonable cost.
