Mr. George Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will state the number of meetings he has had with the members of the Welsh Committee of the Trades Union Congress; whether he has discussed with them the effect of Her Majesty's Government's economic policy in Wales; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasI met representatives of the South Wales and North Wales Advisory Committees of the Trades Union Congress in Wales in August. I shall always be glad to arrange further meetings with them whenever they wish.
