HC Deb 29 April 1970 vol 800 c357W
Mr. Gwynfor Evans

asked the Minister of Public Building and Works what reply he has received to his letter to the authorities of both Houses drawing attention to the desirability of flying the Red Dragon of Wales on St. David's Day.

Mr. Loughlin:

The authorities of both Houses consider that there should be no change in the present practice for the flying of flags on Victoria Tower.
