§ Mr. Dell:£12 lis. 8d. (£12 16s. 8d. in the London area) for men; £9 10s. 0d. (£9 14s. 2d.) for women. These rates include a recent wage award of 6d. per hour to both men and women, backdated to 5th January. On this basis the average weekly earnings (including bonuses, etc.), will be approximately £14 10s. 0d. for men and £10 13s. 0d. for women.
