§ Mr. Hugh Jenkinsasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will issue proceedings against Drake, Gorham, Scull whose subsidiary Ottermill has failed to make any annual return as required by law in respect of either 1968 or 1969.
§ Mr. Mason:If the missing returns of the subsidiary company are not received in the near future, I shall consider taking proceedings against it and its directors.
