§ Mrs. Shirley Williams:It would not be possible without disproportionate use of professional resources to give these 344W estimates with any reasonable accuracy. Unless Section 38 of the Prison Act, 1952, were amended the sale of the greater part of the Holloway site would be subject to the out-of-date valuations imposed by the Prison Act, 1877.
