Mr. Arthur Jones

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many planning appeals have been decided by public inquiry and how many by delegation to inspectors since the Town and Country Planning Act, 1968 came into operation.

In the period 1st January, 1969 to 31st March, 1970, 3,861 and 1,321 respectively.
