§ Mr. Speedasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will estimate the number of local government electors previously entitled to vote due to business qualifications but now no longer eligible under the Representation of the People Act, 1969, for the cities of Birmingham, Coventry, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Newcastle, Nottingham, Leicester, Southampton and Plymouth, respectively, and for the Greater London Council.
