HC Deb 28 April 1970 vol 800 c303W
Mr. Dempsey

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will introduce a scheme to modernise the Scottish Special Housing Association houses at Townhead, Coatbridge, which are substandard and have rents comparable with similar houses which have modern facilities; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Ross

This is a matter for the association. I understand that it has done some modernisation work at Town-head, and has more in prospect.
