HC Deb 27 April 1970 vol 800 cc234-5W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will bring up to date the detailed list showing the rise and fall in the price of foods and food products as published up to mid-October, 1969, by giving the rise and fall in the same foodstuffs from mid-October, 1969, to mid-March, 1970.

Mr. Hoy:

The following table gives the prices, for mid-October, 1969, and mid-March, 1970, of the commodities covered in the reply I gave to my hon. Friend on 12th February. It should be noted that the prices of some of the commodities concerned are affected by seasonal factors.—[Vol. 795, c.407–10.]
