to the British Travel Association which will not now be made to the four statutory tourist boards as mentioned in his observations on the comment by the Estimates Committee in House of Commons Paper No. 71 1969–70.
§ Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody:In 1968–69, the last full year of its operation, the British Travel Association received £211,130 in membership subscriptions and contributions. It is hoped that the loss of this income will be offset by contributions to co-operative promotion schemes.
