§ Mrs. Hart:£1.7 million during the calendar year 1969, in the form of compensation paid to former British pensionable officers of the Zanzibar Government; payment of pensions to retired British officers; and payments under technical assistance programmes being phased out following the decision taken in 1968 to discontinue aid.
