§ Mr. Ross:I have received a letter from the association urging that a provisional formula should be prescribed for 153W the staffing of secondary schools as a first stage in the redistribution of teachers. I have replied that I am considering, in the light of the most recent statistics, what further short-term measures are needed to improve distribution, and that I shall take account of the view expressed by the association.
