§ 52. Mr. Sandysasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will state the number of countries whose Heads of State or Governments have since the Second World War been changed as a result of revolution, coups or other violent or illegal action and with which the British Government have continued to maintain diplomatic relations; and if he will give the names of the countries concerned.
