§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he is taking to increase and extend public access to the seashore and beaches, as a contribution to Conservation Year.
§ Mr. Ross:On present information I do not think that any special steps are needed, but if my hon. Friend has evidence of access difficulties I will be glad to consider it.
