§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will inquire into the circumstances in which private landlords in Fife and elsewhere are seeking excessive rent increases for houses over 100 years old.
§ Mr. Ross:The machinery for determining whether any increases proposed are excessive is provided by the Rent Act, 1965.
