HC Deb 22 April 1970 vol 800 cc95-6W
42. Dr. Miller

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he proposes to take in relation to those local authorities who are failing to provide houses for their citizens.

Dr. Dickson Mabon:

My right hon. Friend keeps the programmes and progress of local housing authorities under constant review, and brings pressure to bear on individual authorities when necessary.

Dr. Miller

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what measures he proposes to take to ensure greater provision of houses by local authorities.

Mr. Ross:

I refer to my reply to another Question by my hon. Friend earlier today.
