Mr. Thornton

asked the Prime Minister (1) if he will place in the Library a copy of the transcript of his interview on Independent Television's "This Week", on Thursday, 16th April, on the economic situation;

(2) if he will place in the Library a copy of his public speech on Great Britain and the United Nations at York on Saturday, 18th April.
