§ Mr. Ross:The hon. Member is presumably referring to the independent inquiry into orchestral resources in Scotland by a committee under the chairmanship of Mr. Colin Mackenzie and sponsored by the Scottish Arts Council. I understand from the council that the committee's report is now in the hands of the council.
