Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Lord President of the Council how many Members have ordered from the Serjeant at Arms Stationery Stores, monthly totals of official paid envelopes numbering under 1,000, 1,000 to 2,000, 2,000 to 3,000, 3,000 to 4,000 and over 4,000, respectively, in each month since the incept on of the prepaid postage scheme.
