asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government upon what date Sir Henry Wells relinquished his appointment as Chairman of the Land Commission.

As I said in reply to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Erith and Crayford (Mr. Wellbeloved) on 15th December, 1969, Sir Henry Wells will relinquish his appointment as Chairman of the Land Commission on 30th June, 1970.—[Vol. 793, c. 254–5.]
