asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will now announce the membership of the proposed committee on intrusions into privacy.

As I announced on 23rd January, 1970, Mr. Kenneth Younger has agreed to be Chairman of the Committee. The following have accepted invitations to serve as members of the Committee:
