Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what has been the increase in public expenditure on housing, education, including universities, health and welfare, roads, including lighting, industrial retraining, law and order, and on the Highlands in the years from 1963–64 to 1969–70, inclusive.
