asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in which countries, foreign and Commonwealth, including dependencies, whose Governments Her Majesty's Government did not then recognise de facto or de jure, respectively, did Her Majesty's Government maintain diplomatic, consular, trade or administrative missions on 1st July, 1969.

The question of recognition of Governments does not arise in relation to dependencies. The answer to the remainder of the Question is North Vietnam and Taiwan.
