130WAn overall projection of total public sector interest payments abroad is included as part of the net expenditure on resources entered in Table 1.2 of Command Paper No. 4234, but these forecast figures are not subdivided between borrowers. Precise individual calculations could be misleading as, apart from possible exchange rate fluctuations, certain of the loans are at variable interest rates and there is no certainty when other loans which have been agreed but not yet used will be taken up.
§ Mr. RossI understand from Sutherland County Council, which is the responsible highway authority, that all work on the bridge, which was opened to traffic on 15th December last, should be finished this month. The bridge carries a non-principal road and accordingly does not attract specific grant.
