§ Mr. Wolrige-Gordonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland where are the prisons in which additional accommodation is being provided; and when are the new prisons to be built.
§ Mr. RossPlans are in hand to provide additional accommodation in penal establishments at Dungavel (near Strathaven), Glenochil (near Alloa), Cornton Vale (Stirling), a site in central Scotland still to be determined and at Shotts. It is hoped to complete these schemes in 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975 and 1976–77, respectively.
