Gilmour); St. Albans (Mr. Goodhew); West Ham, North (Mr. Arthur Lewis); Rutherglen (Mr. Gregor Mackenzie).They were selected under arrangements made through the usual channels and the visit was organised for the reason given in the Written Answer to a Question by my hon. Friend on 25th March. The answer to the last part of the Question is that Members follow a programme prepared by British Forces Germany on which they are consulted beforehand.—[Vol. 798, c. 420.]
