§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what requests he has had in the last 12 months from Ross and Cromarty County Council for special financial assistance towards the cost of full reconstruction as a single operation, or by phases, of the Pentland Road, Isle of Lewis.
