§ Mr. George ThomsonMy right hon. Friend has made it very clear that he is ready to do all he can to assist the situation in Indo-China. The possibility of a conference is kept under constant review. But for this to serve any useful purpose there would have to be a willingness on the part of all those concerned to participate.
