Elfed Daviesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government (1) if he will send a circular to draw the attention of local authorities to the fact that bituminous coal can be burnt smoke-lessly by the use of underfeed stokers, thus making possible the diversion of gas coke to domestic users in clean air zones;
