asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many people in Wales benefit from the home help service at the latest convenient date; and how many so benefited in 1964.

The home help service in Wales provided assistance to 24,800 people in the year ended 31st December, 1969, and to 17,493 in the year ended 31st December, 1964.
